Steph is a director of Care Services North West, an established and well-respected, award-winning national consultancy and training company. Care Services North West was founded in April 2022 by husband and wife Billy & Steph Mulvaney, with their vision of being a nationally respected leader in social care consultancy services.

Steph has supported the development and growth of the business that now holds a significant dominance in the social care sector, providing expertise in the registration of new children’s services, quality assurance, compliance and supplementary independent consultancy support services.

Steph has long-standing experience supporting and working with children in various roles within education settings, community services and supporting families that have children with special educational needs and disabilities. Steph has personal experience of special educational needs and disabilities in her family, which brings a passion to ensuring children receive the right support to thrive
